이용약관 (한국어)

본 이용약관은 타로키즈(이하 “서비스 제공자”)가 운영하는 타로 리딩 웹 서비스 TAROT(이하 “서비스”)에 적용됩니다. 서비스에 접속하거나 이를 이용하는 시점부터 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 이용 전 본 약관을 충분히 읽고 이해하시기를 권장합니다.

1. 서비스의 성격

TAROT은 언어 모델을 이용해 이용자가 입력한 질문과 무작위로 뽑힌 타로 카드를 토대로 해석문을 생성·제공하는 오락·자기성찰용 콘텐츠 서비스입니다. 제공되는 해석은 의학·법률·재무·심리 등 전문가의 조언을 대체하지 않으며, 이용자는 해석을 참고용으로만 활용해야 합니다. 중대한 결정은 반드시 적절한 전문가와 상의해 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 만 14세 미만 이용 제한

본 서비스는 만 14세 이상의 이용자를 위해 제공됩니다. 만 14세 미만의 아동은 본 서비스를 이용할 수 없으며, 회원 가입 또는 결제를 진행해서는 안 됩니다.

3. 계정 및 보안

서비스의 일부 기능(리딩 기록 보관, 별 충전 등)은 Google 계정을 통한 로그인이 필요합니다. 이용자는 본인의 계정 및 기기 보안 유지에 책임이 있으며, 계정의 무단 사용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 별(Star) 재화 및 결제

• “별”은 서비스 내에서 타로 리딩의 전체 해석을 열람하는 데 사용되는 유료 디지털 재화이며, 1회 리딩 전체 해석 열람에 별 3개가 차감됩니다.
• 별 충전은 충전 페이지에서 결제 대행사(한국 결제: 포트원, 해외 결제: Paddle)를 통해 이루어지며, 결제 완료 즉시 이용자의 계정에 별이 적립됩니다.
• 서비스 제공시기 — 결제 완료 즉시 별이 적립되며, 적립된 별을 사용해 본 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 별의 유효기간 — 충전한 별은 충전일로부터 1년 유효합니다. 이는 PG(결제대행사) 심사 정책 및 카드사 가맹점 운영 기준에 맞춰 자발적으로 단축한 기간입니다. 환영 보너스·이벤트 보상 등 무상 지급된 별은 별도로 표기된 유효기간(통상 1년 이하)을 따르며, 충전 별보다 우선 차감됩니다. 별은 선입선출(FIFO) 방식으로 차감되어 유효기간이 가까운 별이 먼저 사용됩니다.
• 유효기간 만료 안내 — 유효기간 만료 30일 전까지 계정 이메일과 서비스 내 알림으로 만료 예정 수량·만료 일자·사용 방법을 안내합니다. 통지 후 미사용으로 만료된 별은 자동 소멸되며 환불 또는 기간 연장 대상이 아닙니다.
• 1회 충전 한도 — 한 번에 결제 가능한 금액은 ₩50,000 이하로 제한됩니다. 카드사별 1일 한도(예: 신한카드 ₩50,000/일)에 맞춰 결제 안전성을 확보하기 위한 정책이며, 더 많은 별이 필요한 경우 여러 번에 나누어 결제할 수 있습니다.
• 환불 수단 제한 — 별 충전에 대한 환불은 결제 시 사용한 신용·체크카드로만 처리됩니다. 계좌이체·현금·포인트 환급 등 다른 방식의 환불은 지원하지 않습니다.
• 충전된 별은 양도·환금·매매할 수 없으며, 다른 계정으로 이전할 수 없습니다.
• 로그인 시 제공되는 환영 보너스 별(현재 3개)은 무상 지급분으로, 환불 또는 현금 전환 대상이 아닙니다.
• 할인 코드, 런칭 특가 등 프로모션 상품의 적용 조건은 충전 페이지에 명시되며, 서비스 제공자는 사전 통지 없이 프로모션을 변경·종료할 수 있습니다.

5. 환불

별 구매 후 환불에 관한 사항은 별도 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 결제 시 환불 정책에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

6. 금지 행위

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 서비스, 그 일부 또는 상표를 무단으로 복제·수정·재배포하는 행위
• 서비스의 소스 코드 추출, 역공학(reverse engineering), 파생 버전 제작
• 자동화된 수단(봇, 스크래퍼 등)을 이용한 비정상적 접근
• 타인의 계정·결제 수단을 도용하거나 부정 결제하는 행위
• 법령 또는 공서양속에 위반되는 내용을 입력하거나 타인을 모욕·괴롭히는 행위
• 해석 결과를 사실로 오인하게 만들어 제3자에게 피해를 주는 행위

위반이 확인되면 서비스 제공자는 사전 통지 없이 계정 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있으며, 이로 인한 별 잔액은 환불되지 않습니다.

7. 지적재산권

서비스, 디자인, 텍스트, 이미지, 코드, 상표 등 서비스와 관련된 모든 지적재산권은 서비스 제공자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 입력한 질문 자체에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 서비스 제공자는 서비스 운영·개선 목적으로 이를 처리할 수 있습니다.

8. 서비스의 변경 및 중단

서비스 제공자는 서비스의 품질과 안정성 향상을 위해 언제든지 서비스의 내용·구성·이용 방법을 변경할 수 있으며, 사전 통지 없이 일시적·영구적으로 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 영구 중단 시 미사용 별이 남아 있는 이용자에게는 합리적인 범위 내에서 환불 또는 보상이 제공됩니다.

9. 면책

• 서비스의 일부 기능은 외부 서비스(OpenAI의 언어 모델, Google Firebase, 포트원, Paddle 등) 에 의존합니다. 이러한 외부 서비스의 장애·지연·중단으로 인해 발생한 불이익에 대해 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 인터넷 연결 상태, 이용자의 기기·브라우저 환경, 이동통신사 데이터 요금 등으로 인해 발생한 비용 및 손해에 대해서도 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 생성된 해석 내용은 무작위 카드와 확률적 언어 모델의 결합으로 만들어지며, 사실의 정확성이나 미래의 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 해석에 의존한 결정의 결과는 이용자 본인의 책임입니다.

10. 약관의 변경

서비스 제공자는 관련 법령 및 서비스 운영상 필요에 따라 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 시행일 7일 이전에 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일로 안내하며, 단순 오기 정정·표현 명확화 등 경미한 변경은 본 페이지 게시로 갈음합니다.

11. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁에 대해서는 민사소송법 상의 관할 법원을 합의 관할로 합니다.

Terms & Conditions (English)

These Terms apply to TAROT(the “Service”), a tarot reading web service operated by Tarokids(the “Service Provider”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

TAROT generates interpretive text based on user-submitted questions and randomly drawn tarot cards using language models. The Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. Interpretations are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional before making important decisions.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. Children under 14 may not use the Service or make purchases.

3. Accounts and Security

Certain features (reading history, star top-ups) require sign-in via Google. You are responsible for the security of your account and device. The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized account use.

4. Stars and Payments

• “Stars” are paid digital tokens used to unlock the full reading interpretation; one full reading costs 3 stars.
• Stars are purchased via PortOne (Korea) or Paddle (international) on the top-up page and credited to your account immediately upon successful payment.
• Validity period — purchased stars are valid for 1 year from the top-up date (voluntarily shortened to comply with Korean PG / card-network policies for high-risk digital-content merchants). Welcome bonus and promotional stars carry their own (typically ≤1-year) expiry and are consumed before paid stars. Stars are spent FIFO (oldest first).
• Expiry notice — we notify you by email and in-app at least 30 days before expiry, indicating the amount, expiry date, and remaining options. Expired stars are not refundable or extendable.
• Per-charge cap — top-ups are capped at ₩50,000 per transaction to stay within the most conservative Korean issuer daily limit (Shinhan Card ₩50,000/day). Multiple top-ups per day are allowed.
• Refund channel — refunds for star purchases are processed only to the original payment card. Bank transfers, cash, or in-service credits are not supported.
• Stars are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be moved between accounts.
• Welcome-bonus stars granted on first sign-in (currently 3) are gratuitous and not refundable.
• Promotional terms (discount codes, launch pricing) are stated on the top-up page and may be modified or terminated without prior notice.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to that policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Reproducing, modifying, or redistributing the Service or its trademarks
• Reverse-engineering, extracting source code, or creating derivative works
• Accessing the Service via bots, scrapers, or other automated means
• Using another person's account or payment method fraudulently
• Submitting unlawful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content
• Misrepresenting interpretations as factual claims that harm others

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice; remaining stars in such accounts are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. You retain rights in the questions you submit; the Service Provider may process them for the operation and improvement of the Service.

8. Changes and Discontinuation

The Service Provider may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If the Service is permanently shut down while users hold unused stars, reasonable refunds or compensation will be offered.

9. Disclaimer

• The Service depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, Google Firebase, PortOne, Paddle, etc.). The Service Provider is not liable for outages, delays, or interruptions caused by those providers.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for costs or damages arising from your internet connection, device, or carrier data charges.
• Interpretations are produced probabilistically and do not guarantee accuracy or future outcomes. You bear sole responsibility for decisions made in reliance on them.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect; minor edits will be reflected on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
